Hello all,

I'm sure this has probably been asked, but I simply cannot find the two builds I'm looking for, so if anyone is able to help...?

- The first is the energy deg/"spike-kill" that I've gotten hit with. I cannot figure out the entire build that achieves this, though I think the skill "Anyuerysm" would be perfect. I've been brought to zero energy with someone running this build, then got whacked hard. It was very impressive.

What skills drain energy the quickest? How exactly do you drop someone's energy to zero? Problem with Mes, is that similar skills are under different Attributes, some under Illusion, and some under Domination, so that confused me all-the-more.

- The second is the "Fragility" build, though that might be with Necro as primary? I've been hit by a Mes with this as well, and again, cannot figure out the exact build. Someone managed to nail me with several conditions, including burning, and with Fragility, absolutely waste me very quickly.

Supposedly, Fragility does not kick-in with Glyph of Immolation, so I'm not sure how the burning worked for them, but it certainly hit me hard, heh heh.

If anyone could please pass on these builds, and any variations of them, I would greatly appreciate it.

If it happens to be a build/builds that you're afraid to post and have skills "whacked" by Anet (heh, I've seen people afraid of that; nerfing for this reason) then perhaps you could just PM me the builds?

Uhm, not sure this is allowed as you are asking for builds (though you are listing the main idea and part of skills), plus you seem to be talking about PvP, so, even if allowed, it should be in the other subforum. Anyway, a build with Energy Surge, Energy Burn, Power Leak, Shame, Guilt, etc (not all of those together probably) and Aneurysm (based on domination, insp for e manage and fast casting) can make a foe lose a lot of energy.
About the second one: you sure it was burning? Nor mesmer nor necro skills can inflict that. Only thing that I can think of, which is similar to what you describe, is this.

Why would it not be "allowed" to ask? I don't remember having any issues with asking about builds here in the past...

Either way, yep, of course I've checked Wiki, but these two builds specifically are not complete in what I've seen used against me in PvP (yes, sorry, was speaking about PvP).

I have indeed also had burning condition placed on me, probably by an M/E instead of an M/N, using Glyph of Immolation or some such, but I never quite caught what was being using. All I know is that the Fragility build with burning as an extra added condition, completely destroyed me.

As for the ene depletion build, those are skills that's I've tried, as well as Spirit Shackles, but I've not managed to have the same affect on others, nor am I sure about the spiking part of the build, and I've been wasted by that build as well. I've tried it with Anyuerysm, but it does not do the damage I've had dealt to me through the ene depletion build.

Cant figure it out... but a couple of people have run both of these and been like walking terror, heh... so I'm trying to put together what they were using.

Also, how is it that a Mes could use a Nec elite?
That's what that build is based off of, Nec as secondary.

That's what that build is based off of, Nec as secondary.

The only place where using elites of your secondary is in Codex Arena. In all other areas there are no profession or skill restrictions (unless you count running PvE-only skills in PvP)
